I became a client of Alison’s as I heard she was a great massage therapist. However, after several months, our sessions deepened, to include body-centered counseling and energy work.  Before long, I was able to address deep-seated emotional challenges and find profound healing, strengthening the foundation of my work in the world and supporting my spiritual growth. Alison is a uniquely gifted therapist who combines a range of therapeutic modalities to create a gentle yet powerful approach to healing body, mind and spirit. I recommend her enthusiastically.

I am grateful I was led to Alison’s presence.  Her specific blend of skills is entirely unique.  I’ve had so much body work in my life, and mind and soul therapies as well: none come close to matching what Alison does for me.  She has helped me identify and release tensions and traumas in my body – both new and old.  This concept of traumas that are “kept” in the body– many since childhood – has been pivotal in my recovery process.
